During the month of June, we successfully conducted 2 customer test firings specifically for the LFP battery materials. These firings were carried out in a Nitrogen environment with oxygen levels kept below 50 parts per million.
We utilized a total of 8 graphite saggars filled with the customer's product, we has 32 monitoring thermocouples in total, 4 in each saggar. The calcination process plays a crucial role in initiating a chemical reaction to eliminate binders and release any residual gas. The resulting product will now undergo milling to transform it into a paste suitable for battery printing.
For all your battery needs, kilns, wet / dry milling, spray dryer, big bag loading, material handling, saggar handling systems.
